When you're overwhelmed, more thinking doesn't help. But when your nervous system settles, even a little... the right next step tends to become obvious.

My role is simply to create the conditions for that to unfold.
We start by landing in the body, settling the nervous system so you can access what's actually true for you, not just what you think you should be feeling. The body is where this work begins.
Each session is quietly infused with energy healing, woven into how the space is held. It supports what’s ready to move, and what’s ready to settle and integrate.
Something shifts when women witness each other with real attention. The circle itself becomes a source of steadiness, reflection, and quiet courage. You’re not here to perform or prove anything. You’re here to be met in it.
I came to this work the long way.
I was doing everything right. The therapy, the journaling, the self-inquiry. I understood myself deeply.
And then life would happen, and my body would react before I’d even registered what was going on.
Years of work, and I still couldn’t choose differently in the moment.
What I didn’t have was a space I could return to.
Somewhere to be in the messy middle without performing okayness.
I felt alone in my growth in a way solo practice couldn’t fix.
When I found somatic work, something shifted.
Not by understanding more. By finally including my body in the process.
When I dropped in, I felt safe.
“I’m good” stopped being something I was trying to convince myself of.
I could feel it. Where it lived in me.
My yes became a felt sense.
And I began to trust myself in a way thinking never gave me.
Now I move through my days differently.
I check in with my body before the noise of the day takes over.
And when I listen, there’s a clarity underneath everything.
One I used to spend years trying to figure out.
That’s the shift this work creates.
And it’s not something you access alone.
It happens in spaces where you don’t have to perform, fix, or explain yourself. Where you can actually be in what’s real, and let it move.
This is the space I hold.

Choose the rate that feels honest for where you are right now.
Not at all. All you need is a body and a willingness to slow down. Everything is guided gently — whether you're completely new or have been practicing for years, you'll find your way in.
All sessions are recorded and replays are included. That said, the live circle is where a lot of the magic happens — the witnessing, the real-time co-regulation, the spontaneous moments. We gently encourage you to show up live whenever you can.
This is a group practice experience — not therapy, not coaching. It's for women who are already doing their work and want a structured, embodied container to let it land. It sits beautifully alongside therapy or coaching, but it's its own thing.
This space is best for women who feel stable enough to be with themselves in a group setting.
If you’re in a place where you need more individualized, one-on-one support right now — especially during an active mental health crisis — working with a licensed professional may be more appropriate first.
$288 is the community rate — everything you need to show up fully and go deep. $388 includes everything above plus one private 1:1 integration session with me, for those who want more direct support alongside the group. There's no right or wrong choice — just an invitation to be honest with yourself about where you are right now. Everyone receives the same care.
Energy healing is woven into how I hold the space — not a separate exercise you need to opt into or perform. It works quietly alongside the somatic practices, supporting regulation and integration. You don't need to understand it or have any prior experience. Openness is enough.
No. This circle warmly welcomes women across the full spectrum — secular, spiritual, religious, somewhere in between, or still figuring it out. I trust something larger is at work when women gather with honest intention. You're welcome to call that whatever feels right for you — or nothing at all.
Camera on is encouraged — it's what makes this feel like a real circle rather than a webinar. Seeing each other, being seen, is part of how the intimacy and trust of this space gets built over the six weeks. That said, life happens. If you need to step off camera for a moment, that's completely okay. Just come back when you can.
Intentionally small. Depth, intimacy, and real accountability require that. You'll know the women in your circle — and they'll know you.
