why Somatic?

"Somatic" simply means: of the body. It's the practice of coming back to yourself — not through more thinking, but through listening to what's already alive inside you.

This is that missing piece. Not more content to consume. A place to actually feel the shift.

You can understand a pattern and still feel it grip you. That's not weakness — it's just where the work hasn't reached yet.

Each session is woven from three threads that work together — not as separate modules, but as one living experience. You don't have to come with any particular belief. You just have to be willing to show up and feel.

I trust that something larger is always present when women gather with honest intention. You're welcome to call in what feels true for you — or nothing at all. My job is simply to create the conditions for it to move through.

LAYER ONE

Somatic practice

We start by landing in the body — settling the nervous system so you can access what's actually true for you, not just what you think you should be feeling. The body is where this work begins.

LAYER TWO

Energy Healing

Each session is quietly infused with energy healing — woven into how the space is held. It works to clear what's ready to move and support what wants to land. You only need to be open.

LAYER THREE

Circle & Community

Something shifts when women witness each other with real attention. The circle itself becomes a source of steadiness, reflection, and quiet courage. You are not here to perform your growth — you're here to be held inside it.

I know that space because I’ve lived it.

My work lives at the intersection of the body, the nervous system, and the deeper intelligence that moves through us when we finally get still enough to listen. I guide women through that space with a blend of somatic practices, mindfulness, and grounded reflection, shaped by both training and lived experience.

This is not about pushing, fixing, or performing growth.

It’s about creating enough safety for your body to soften, so clarity can actually emerge.

I hold space that is trauma-aware, practically grounded, and quietly supported by something I trust beyond technique.

Questions that come up

Do I need and prior experience with somatic work?

Not at all. All you need is a body and a willingness to slow down. Everything is guided gently — whether you're completely new or have been practicing for years, you'll find your way in.

What if I can't make a live session?

All sessions are recorded and replays are included. That said, the live circle is where a lot of the magic happens — the witnessing, the real-time co-regulation, the spontaneous moments. We gently encourage you to show up live whenever you can.

How is this different from therapy or 1:1 coaching?

This is a group practice experience — not therapy, not coaching. It's for women who are already doing their work and want a structured, embodied container to let it land. It sits beautifully alongside therapy or coaching, but it's its own thing.

What does "sliding scale" mean in practice?

$288 is the community rate — everything you need to show up fully and go deep. $388 includes everything above plus one private 1:1 integration session with me, for those who want more direct support alongside the group. There's no right or wrong choice — just an invitation to be honest with yourself about where you are right now. Everyone receives the same care.

What is energy healing and what if I'm new to it?

Energy healing is woven into how I hold the space — not a separate exercise you need to opt into or perform. It works quietly alongside the somatic practices, supporting regulation and integration. You don't need to understand it or have any prior experience. Openness is enough.

Do I need to share a spiritual or religious belief?

No. This circle warmly welcomes women across the full spectrum — secular, spiritual, religious, somewhere in between, or still figuring it out. I trust something larger is at work when women gather with honest intention. You're welcome to call that whatever feels right for you — or nothing at all.

Do I need to have my camera on?

Camera on is encouraged — it's what makes this feel like a real circle rather than a webinar. Seeing each other, being seen, is part of how the intimacy and trust of this space gets built over the six weeks. That said, life happens. If you need to step off camera for a moment, that's completely okay. Just come back when you can.

How many women will be in the circle?

Intentionally small. Depth, intimacy, and real accountability require that. You'll know the women in your circle — and they'll know you.
